1.The procurement of food raw materials must be carried out by business units with industrial and commercial licenses and hygiene licenses.
2.Purchasing personnel should strictly implement the Food Hygiene Law and ensure good food hygiene.
3.Do not purchase food and raw materials that are harmful to human health,such as rotten or spoiled food,and do not purchase packaged food that exceeds the shelf life or does not comply with food labeling regulations.
4.Resolutely prevent black processed food and counterfeit and inferior food from entering the company.
5.Ensure the registration and certification of food and raw material procurement.When purchasing raw materials for livestock and poultry meat,it is necessary to check the experience qualification certificate issued by the animal quarantine department.
6.Implement a designated procurement system for bulk food raw materials,and also implement centralized designated procurement for sporadic food and raw materials.It is strictly prohibited to purchase food raw materials supplied by non designated factories or stores.
7.Implement"sunshine procurement"and a price supervision mechanism.The prices of purchased food ingredients must be announced and subject to supervision by the General Affairs Office and the Food Management Committee.The General Affairs Office and the Catering Management Committee should conduct regular market surveys and adjust the prices of purchased food and raw materials at any time.
All purchased food and raw materials must undergo acceptance registration before they can be settled and reported.
