Cross border e-commerce and cross-border logistics are highly positively correlated,and there is a long-term stable equilibrium relationship between the two,which is mutually causal.In the long run,the relationship between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics mainly manifests as mutual positive promotion,but there is also a certain degree of mutual inhibition,and the long-term dependence of cross-border e-commerce on cross-border logistics is stronger than that of cross-border logistics on cross-border e-commerce.

       In the short term,cross-border e-commerce is mainly influenced by its own factors,while cross-border logistics is greatly influenced by cross-border e-commerce.The relationship between cross-border logistics and cross-border e-commerce is also mainly characterized by co directional changes,and the growth of cross-border logistics has no significant reverse inhibitory effect on the growth of cross-border e-commerce in the short term.

      Overall,China's cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics initially showed a good collaborative relationship between 2008 and 2016,but the significance level of the collaborative relationship is relatively low.The conditions and relationship for the collaborative development of the two still need to be further improved.

      The factors that affect the collaboration between cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics include collaborative environment,collaborative mechanisms,collaborative relationships,collaborative capabilities,collaborative willingness,individual characteristics,and collaborative expectations

      There are many uncoordinated aspects in the development process of cross-border e-commerce and cross-border logistics,mainly manifested in the lack of capacity synergy,lack of mutual trust mechanism for interests,lack of coordination in cross-border logistics network systems,lack of coordination between cross-border e-commerce and reverse logistics,and lack of coordination between cross-border e-commerce and traditional foreign trade.We can promote cross-border e-commerce and logistics collaboration from various aspects,such as improving the government support service system,improving the mechanism of mutual trust and collaboration,optimizing the collaboration between cross-border e-commerce and reverse logistics,promoting the collaboration between cross-border e-commerce and traditional foreign trade,and promoting the collaboration of various subsystems and multiple entities.
