Li Tianbi stated that the Ministry of Transport, together with 12 departments including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the Ministry of Commerce, has established an international logistics work team to comprehensively coordinate and solve problems in international logistics.
Due to the impact of the epidemic, there is a backlog of international mail in China, and international transportation of some important production materials, medical supplies, and consumer goods is difficult.Among them, international mail and express delivery were mainly transported by air, especially in the belly cabin of passenger planes. With the significant reduction of international flights, this part of transportation capacity cannot be compensated for temporarily. In addition, the serious lack of processing capacity at the overseas end has also had a significant impact on China's cross-border transportation.

These measures include guiding enterprises to make full use of existing international air freight,China Europe freight trains, sea express ships, and surrounding countries'land transportation resources, supporting postal and express delivery enterprises with full cargo aircraft to expand their transportation capacity by opening new international routes and adding new cargo planes, promoting the construction of a sound international logistics system and mutual recognition of technical standards.
