1.Responsible for managing archive materials generated by various departments of the group,including archive organization,cataloging,identification,statistics,arrangement,retrieval,and compilation;

2.Establish and improve relevant systems for archive management,including systems for receiving,organizing,and using archives;

3.Coordinate the collection of archives from various departments of the group,ensure the standardization of archive collection work,and urge all departments to return them in a timely manner;

4.Responsible for the signing,numbering,and recording of internal and external official documents within the group;

5.Regular inventory,organization,and compilation of archival materials;
